Winsome Spirit Imagery

For as long as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed taking photographs and penning prose and poetry. These passions led me to a long and rewarding career as a journalist and television producer; the opportunity to put words to pictures and pictures to words.

This 30+ year love affair has never been stronger, but is now growing in a new direction through Winsome Spirit Imagery. The photographs displayed here are an ongoing reflection of my deep attachment to the world in which we live, and an attempt to document the visual miracles that surround us, no matter where, nor time of year. To that end, you’ll no doubt recognize a sense of walk-about, or wanderlust, through the people, places, and subjects I’ve been fortunate enough to capture with my cameras.

The late, renowned photographer Ansel Adams once observed of his craft, “sometimes I do get to places just when God’s ready to have somebody click the shutter.” A simple, humble statement that speaks to my heart and dreams, and keeps me pursuing this wonderful passion. God-willing, I hope to click shutters for many years to come, and sharing my imagery with you.
